The resort offers a beautiful environment and is conveniently located near Colonial Williamsburg, making it a pleasant stay overall. However, there were significant cleanliness issues with our unit that detracted from the experience. The service from staff members was exceptional, providing a warm welcome and assistance throughout our visit. While the amenities were enjoyable, the decor and furnishings felt a bit dated and may not meet the expectations set by online photos.

Our stay at Greensprings was quite enjoyable overall. The location was perfect for our golf and historical visits, and the staff was accommodating. However, the rooms were dated and could use some updates, and we found a few cleanliness issues that needed attention. My recent stay at the resort brought back fond memories, but it wasn't without its challenges. While the staff was consistently warm and welcoming, I encountered several frustrating issues during my visit. The pool facilities were nice, but the overall condition of my room left much to be desired, especially regarding cleanliness and comfort. Despite the fantastic location near key attractions, my experience this time didn't quite meet my expectations.

The room was clean upon arrival, but it was also outdated and needed better attention to cleaning. I had a concerning issue with blood on one of the beds and spiderwebs in the corners, which was quite unsettling.
